Thank you

Once again, thanks for your support, guidance and patience. Really helpful, and enabled me to sort an issue for one of our AAC users really quickly, thank you. Also appreciate the follow-up emailed guidance notes – thanks 🙂

Friendly and professional

Kirstey was quick and proficient to respond. I appreciate her offering to email with more detailed information after they looked into the issue. I rather wait for more details than rush through it on a chat, so that’s perfect. Please let Kirstey and her manager know she provided great service.

Very helpful customer service, very pleased with support and phone calls
