Accent, NovaChat and Via devices include 5 years warranty, and Look eyegaze solutions include 3 years warranty.

Total LibCare can be extended beyond 3 years (up to 5 years) with the purchase of our 1 year ‘LibCare Extended Warranty’ package. LibCare Extended Warranty is also available for a selection of communication aids purchased before 6th January 2023.

Total LibCare – 5 years is included with any new Accent, NovaChat or Via communication aid device, and provides the following:

  • 5-year warranty with 3 accidental damage claims over this period *
  • Unlimited phone, email, and remote support
  • Replacement batteries and chargers included **
  • FREE loan device whilst your device is being repaired ***
  • FREE collection (within UK and Ireland) and FREE return
  • FREE training included
  • Weekend and public holiday emergency support

* Excludes loss, theft, or damage due to Acts of Nature which include, but are not limited to earthquakes, floods, fires, hurricanes etc.
** Refer to our Battery Replacement/degradation policy
*** Loan device subject to availability and limited to the UK and Republic of Ireland

At Liberator we know how important your device is, and having the option to trade-in your old, high-tech AAC device against a new one can help with the expense.

These are the trade-in values that we currently offer:

Devices purchased for assessment purposes are exempt from the trade in allowance. For any enquiries, please contact your Regional AAC Consultant.

Collection of the trade-in device will be arranged after the delivery of the new device.

The above trade-in offer cannot be used against low-tech AAC devices.
