As of 6th January 2023, all new device purchases will come with an additional 2 years of LibCare Warranty as standard.
So, what does this mean?
Accent and NovaChat Devices will now come with a 5-year LibCare Warranty with 3 accidental damage claims
Via and LR7 Devices will now come with a 3-year LibCare Warranty with 2 accidental damage claims
Look and NuPoint will now come with a 3-year LibCare Warranty with 2 accidental damage claims
So, the great benefit of this is you get the same amazing support as before, with 2 years extra as standard

Q. Can I extend the warranty beyond 5-Years at the time of purchase?
A. No, the maximum period is 5-Years and following this it will be based on individual quotation for repair.
Q Have you increased your prices?
A. Our prices have increased for 2023. Like many organisations throughout the world, we have been affected by increase in manufacturing and distribution costs. This is our first price increase in over 5 years. The good news is that a device purchased in 2023, with the additional 2-year warranty, still costs less than a device bought in 2022 with the previous warranty, plus 2-years extended warranty.
Q I have just had a device order received that was placed prior to the 6th of January 2023, can you apply the new terms and conditions to this device?
A. No, any device order received prior to 6th January 2023 will be based on the 2022 price list and cannot be updated.
Q. I have a quote that was issued prior to the 6th of January 2023 and is based on 2022 prices, is this still valid.
A. All of our quotations are valid for 30 days. If your quote is dated the 5th of January 2023 this quote will be valid until 4th of February 2023. At this point you will need to request a revised quotation.
Q. I processed an old quotation and procurement have taken months to process it, will this quote/order still be honoured.
A. You will have a choice. We will honour any order received based on the previous quotation providing it was quoted during 2022, However, if you wish to explore other options we can work with you on this.
Q. How much have your prices been increased by?
A. All devices have increased by approximately 10%
Q. Have the number of accidental damage claims allowed been increased to reflect the new additional warranty?
A. Yes, all products have had 1 additional accidental damage claim allowanced added.
Q. Can I still purchase a device with the old LibCare terms (1- or 3-year warranty) if I don’t want 5-years cover?
A. No, the new LibCare terms are applicable to all new device orders placed from 6th of January 2023
