The TeamViewer QuickSupport mobile app now comes pre-installed on all NovaChat and iPad Bundles from Liberator. QuickSupport allows you to quickly receive remote support on your AAC device.
Simply provide your unique ID to the Liberator Customer Support team member or Regional AAC Consultant. They will then send you a connection request, which you must accept for the support session to begin.
