Keeping up with software updates gives you the best communication experience on your NovaChat®. Chat Software 2.51 includes vocabulary updates for WordPower® and MultiChat 15.
New AAC Vocabulary for WordPower
WordPower 60 Basic (English)
Available through the ACTIONS page, “a bath” and “a shower” have been added as logical next words after “have”. Communicators can now say, “Let’s have a bath” or “I want to have a shower.”

WordPower 80 Basic (English)
“Not” has been added as a logical next word after “Let’s” giving communicators the option to say, “Let’s not drink that” or “Let’s not go outside.”

“Over” has been added as a logical next word after “turn” in the ACTIONS pages. So many fun ways to practice this new phrase with favorite toys and everyday objects!

Vocabulary Updates for MultiChat 15
MC15 Student and Adolescent (SS/PCS) – English, Canadian French, and Spanish files
Core word pages designed to work with a Keyguard have been added. The default core word pages will continue to be included. Now you have the option to choose depending on access needs.

To accommodate some of the changes made in the Keyguard core pages, some adaptations of the PEOPLE page were made:
- Added “they” to the main PEOPLE page
- Moved “working people” to the PEOPLE 2 page
