Exploring the new range of adaptive switches from GlassOuse

Finding the best switch solution for AAC or other technology can be challenging. Each of us have unique needs and what may be the best switch for one person isn’t necessarily the best for someone else.

To find the best switch for an individual, you need to consider many factors including the person’s physical needs and position. The size of the switch can be important as can the amount of effort needed to press or activate the switch.

A switch doesn’t have to be one you press either. There are alternative switch options for people who may find it difficult to press a ‘traditional’ switch and it’s important to consider these too.
