iOS functionality, durable casing, a powerful speaker and a 3 year warranty have combined to create the device range you never knew you needed so badly! Come with us and explore the Via range!
Built around iPad and using our popular AAC apps, the Via Bundles add additional features which enhance your communication experience when using iOS. The option of either a Air or Mini sized bundle allows you to find the best fit for your individual needs.
Via Air
Our Via Air bundle includes an iPad Air 10.9″ 64GB (4th Gen), a Via Air Case and either a Active or Classic wrap. It’s a great option for those who may need a bigger display, would benefit from having icons in a slightly larger size, or who would also like to use the iPad for other functions in addition to communication and require a larger screen for that.
Via Mini
Our Via Mini bundle is the perfect solution for those who prefer a smaller, more discreet solution, or younger communicators who benefit from a smaller device for portability. The bundle includes an iPad Mini 8.3 64GB (6th Generation), a Via Mini Case and an Active Wrap.
The Via Case
With a powerful built-in speaker, the Via Case is what transforms the iPad into a powerful AAC tool. The single charger port on the case simultaneously charges the iPad and the speaker AMP, making things a little simpler for you.
Access methods
Both the Via Air and Via Mini offer a range of access methods for communication including:
- Direct access (touch/stylus)
- Scanning (wired or wireless switches)
- Head-tracking (through our AAC apps)
Keyguards are also available for many of our popular vocabularies as an additional purchase (Via devices shipped with LAMP WFL include an 84 location keyguard as standard).
Vocabularies
Each Via comes with one of our popular iOS AAC apps installed. You can choose from LAMP Words for Life, TouchChat with WordPower or Dialogue AAC
Your Via, your way
It’s important to feel like your AAC system represents you which is why you also have a choice of one of 5 coloured wraps with your Via bundle. Can’t make up your mind? You can always buy additional wraps from our online store – perfect if you like to change your AAC look!
Personalising the voice used by your AAC device can also have a big impact on how you feel it represents yourself. All of our iOS apps now have a large selection of both Acapela and Amalgu Voices, representing a diverse range of locations and ages. You can also use a banked or donor voice, created using the Voicekeeper, at no additional cost!
